The Role of the FSC and the Corporate & Trust Services Industry
The FSC is charged with the responsibility for administering the Corporate and Trust Services Providers Act, 2017 (“CTSP Act”) by way of licensing and on-going supervision of body corporates, firms, and individuals providing corporate and trust services in or from Jamaica. The FSC also has the responsibility under the Act to receive and investigate complaints and take appropriate actions concerning those complaints.
